I want some free clothing. Anyone else planning to bid for that N7 hoodie if they can? I would love to get my hands on Mass Efffect t-shirts as well if I can.
How many prizes can one win? Two per account, right?
There is only like 400 so I highly doubt its even two. I think you might beable to bid for maybe 1 item. check out the rules.

Though I am disappointed, can't hate on Bioware, doubt the whole US exclusive thing was their choice, probably more to do with some legal mumbo or shipping fees.
Then they shouldn't have hyped up the rest of the world outside the US.
If they didn't anticipate the potential backlash they're now getting, then whoever is in charge of spotting things like that needs to get fired for ineptitude.

A celebrative collector's DLC?
job.
A good and awesome idea. A free DLC for ME and DA.
In DA it could have been a Carnival with silly stuff you could buy and
some mini carneval games. Same for ME but with the addition that the
bought stuff could show up as a trophy in your quarters.
/TSD
Everyone could then have celebrated with some silly stuff instead.

It's like if blizzard would have a big countdown and then reveal the 'recruit-a-friend' incentives for WoW. It's not my job to sell your games to my friends, it's yours.

This
It reeks of EA. You honestly want me to spam my friends to go get your stuff? Not gonna happen, do your own marketing.

A feeling of dissatisfaction that results when your expectations are not realized.

Well actually they did have a contest for nothing but canadians recently. Maybe they will have another contest outside the U.S. after this one. You never know.

Honestly i don't care for this contest at all (E.U here) but i really find fact of excluding Canada (as many pointed homeland of Bioware), NY and Florida from this "event" rather troubling.
Especially in case of N.Y this rises many questions whit one major... IS N.Y still part of the USA?
On the other hand i tought that "dump and run" tactic (aka no reply for negative comments) is reserved for MMO publishers only.... but apparently i am wrong OR Bioware start to test thier ability to run from angry mob before they become MMO publisher as well.

But i guess theyve done a Nintendo of sorts and dont care about their older fans

Precisely.
This countdown was a countdown to fail.
And if someone could get me a banner to say: "I used to be a part of the community, now I'm just Floridian." that'd be great.
