It's not available in countries outside of the USA and a couple states in the USA. Why is that? Oh yeah, probably due to the idiotic laws associated in some form & fashion with those countries & states. Don't yell at Bioware, they're only complying with your State & Countries laws. Yell at them, not Bioware.

As usual everyone living outside of the United States of America (and even Canada despite BioWare being Canadian) gets left out of the competitions. In the opening paragraphs of the "Contest Rules" it states that only individuals residing in the 50 federal states of the US and the District of Columbia with the exception of Florida and New York and of the age of 18 are allowed to participate. Thanks for nothing EA and BioWare. Good to know you value your European and other global customers just as much as the American crowd....
