Was just curious as to what people thought the toughest boss was
so far for me it was ironically the Ogre in the Tower of Ishal
ive killed both the Flemeth Dragon and the Dragon for the Urn, but both were not as tough :-/
Toughest Boss?

I haven't fought the Flemeth Dragon, but the first Ogre I fought was probably the hardest for me simply because I had no healer at the time. However, a close second and maybe even number 1 would be the broodmother fight in the Dead Trenches.

high dragon is a badass
flemeth could be hardest but her position in fight makes her easy kill by ranged dps while tank keeping her busy

Not really bosses - but the revenents in the forest are wicked tough...

hardest for me wasn't even a boss... was a pack of friggen dogs on the way to the arl's castle in redcliff, died like 7 times trying to kill them all, and I had no healer

I'd have to say the Broodmother was the most difficult. I also had a rough time defending the Alienage from the Darkspawn general. Came out of that with just my tank alive, after I'd resurrected him.

Kolgrim, died at least 10-12 times when I fought him.

Depends on the play, as a warrior with Shale, Wynne and Leliana in my party on normal I had hell with Kolgrim and encounters with lots of enemies.
As a mage with Morrigan, Alistair and Zevran on hard I've pretty much rolled through every encounter that gave my warrior's group trouble.
The high dragons are really quite easy with a bit of preparation, Wade's superior armors kinda make you immune to them.

Ditto. I had to leave 'em alone. One more level and I guess I'll go back for 'em.TD22057 wrote...

So far Brood mother is the only one that has given me pause. I tryed to kill the dragon outside the urn when I was first there and failed, came back a few levels later and whooped the snot out of him.

I actually thought the Ogre was rather easy while the High Dragon was extremely hard but that may have been because all my characters had 0 fire resist when I beat it.

I've actually had alot of trouble with a few bosses. First the ogre in the tower since i was 3 warriors and 1 mage who couldent even heal had a big problem with the ogres aoe dmg.
Flemeth who they in the dragon age videos state is the second most hardest fight was actually kinda easy and the last boss the arch demon was a total push over.
My biggest ass kicking was actually at two points embaressing at that 1 was at denerim in the backalley where you get attacked by about 8-9 normal mobs and an lieutenant since i had no healer my mage morrigan was lvl 7 but i had no pick in the spells so the game had chosen some sucky spells. So with 2 warriors 1 rogue and 1 mage i had to restart that fight about 20 times xD Second was the revanent in the kokari ruins since again only had morrigan as mage and her main premade spells were frost dmg or lightning which i think both the revenant was immune to duh. Also the fight is in a small room where he does aoe dmg and damages everyone for 50 dmg when i only had about 120 yippe!

Well, depends on your difficulty settings. On nightmare the high dragon is the ultimate challenge as it deals more damage than what even 2 healers can heal but on lower difficulties it is nothing but healing a tank and waiting.
Than there is brood mother, my tank barelly took any damage but my mages and archer had to constantly run around to avoid being killed which made it an extremelly challenging fight.
flemeth and ogre were fairly easy for me.

The first time I had to actually drop the difficulty setting was when facing Uldred in the Mages Tower.
For some reason the Boss + 3 Abominations were eating my group. Id manage to kill the adds only to find I only had 2 groupmates left, or if I ignored the adds Wynne couldn't keep my group healed in conjunction with pots.
That fight was just incredibly hard for some reason.

I killed Wynne but the only hard fights so far have been the Broodmother, Flemeth, and the High Dragon.

Got to say the Brood mother, I'm stuck on it now. Just can't seem to kill the darn thing.

Most difficult is undoubtedly Ser Caulthrien. Holy zits I swear that woman can take down a dragon on her own.
After like 5 reloads, I finally resorted to the cheap tactic of pulling her (and two soldiers) into a room to beat her up 4v1 (ignoring the two lame soldiers). And my team was at level 18-19s.
