Yes, get this, then when all the tabs are opened in Firefox, right-click the tab for this forum and then click "close all other tabs" and continue clicking. Seems to be the fastest way without using some sort of script or program which probably doesn't follow the rules too well.

lol, wish I had known about this earlier, before I manually clicked +230 links. At least I won't have to do it manually again tomorrow (and just used it to click the newer links, me likey time-saving add-ons)
