Okay, but I think the pyramid is more representative to walk discussing the failures of Bioware and EA or you
think that if a manager sees this thread is going to get to read all messages? More than 120 pages already ...

"Dear valued customer, please be advised that Bioware staff are currently searching for relevant EA staff to offer up in sacrifice to appease the somewhat unhappy pitchfork wielding posse currently circling the bioware offices, as soon as this has been done we will endeavour to sacrifice some EA staff on behalf of the online community, thanks for your continued loyalty - Bioware"

Well seeing that they are not doing anything right now it would be good if we could get them to crawl out from under the rock... I dont like how they just think that if they wait the problems will go away...
I suppose they don't want to do to much because they seem to be getting a good response with twitter feeds for the competition, don't want to run the risk if they come out say / do anything they could just make it worse. They'll probably let it settle down for a few days to a week, then offer something next week. Either a statement, apology, content, whatever.
UbiSoft did it with Assassins Creed 2 when the servers were down and no-one could play. Let the flames die a bit then gave their customers free games. A no DRM patch would have been nicer, but we take what we can get. Not saying BioWare / EA will do that, but why jump in when they don't need to.

This is the level of screw up they are trying to come up with an explanation for. I am sure something will be said. I'm still willing to give them till the end of today. Its a PR fiasco, its not something that can be fixed in under 24 hrs.
