Its not just a fail for non americans.... its a fail for us americans too. Who would want to win a bioware hoodie when they do something like this? And its not like I'd have a chance with millions of other entrants and hackers that hack their way to like 5 million points.

Well, screwed again, thanks BioWare. But hell, why should you care as long as I buy your games, right?
Next time you plan some crap like that, make the countdown USA only as well, so 'the old world' (and Australia for that matter) doesn't get bothered with your stuff over there.

This kinda reminds me of the Win a trip to Bioware studios contest they had awhile back that was open to residents of Canada only. I will be an optimist and say they will probably do something for people who do not live in North America at some point.

 Living in the Us and not in one of the 2 states that have so many stupid you cannot do this laws, i was happy with the contest until I saw that I could only make submissions on Twitter. so I guess I will not be participating.

Well, they(I included, im american, but not living there atm) support
them throughout the years, not pirating their games, giving them support
and then they hype us up with this countdown and then we realize this
countdown only applies to those living in the United states and no one
else can participate.

Thats a slap to the face. Really its like
your dad tells you he will buy you a present, you open it to not find
anything inside and before you react, he kicks you in the balls.

Your metaphor, and your logic, sucks. Bioware has no obligation to give you this free stuff. If you're just going to complain like this when they do, they'll just stop doing this altogether. Compensation for not getting something you didn't earn. Yea, that makes a lot of sense.
