It was some DLC for Oblivion. I paid for it in a $10 box set but I think it was sold individually when it first game out.

IIRC it was just some armour for your horse in Oblivion offered as a DLC.

Nothing like that. I felt just like it was dumbed down Morrowind, and Morrowind is one of my favourite games ever.
