Time to make an amendment to my rules regarding dealing with BioWare:

"Buy their games and expansions, disregard their DLCs and announcements including the words "epic" (for being anything but) and/or "community" (= USA)."

Hm, only way this bothers me is that it's an example of something that got way too overhyped.



Not that that's specifically attributable to this. We are in world where countdown timers legitimately lead to other countdown timers. I think promotions need to move on from the overhype stage and back to how it was a few years ago.

To be frank, all this hate boils down to Bioware not making it clear that the event was american only and building worldwide hype for 7 days... Had they been more open about who would be able to participate or who it concerned right off the bat.... the rage would have been lesser....

ah well I still have Bioware love in me, as long as they keep making games I'll keep buying them, its just sad they ignored everyone else, I mean really its not like the USA is the center of the world (even tho many think it is) and there economy sucks at the moment
