Also with all this hype I too was expecting more game content. Not a contest which seems to serve no purpose other than to ****** off the vast majority of your fans (including those fair minded Americans who've already posted to say your contest is an exclusionst pile of dog turd). Really what were your marketing executives thinking? Didn't anyone at any point sit down during the planing stage of this fiasco and think that creating a world wide event with world wide hype using a countdown timer that appeared to everybody in the world for a contest that would only be applicable tp the residents of 49 US States might be a little insulting. Especially to us Canadians, who you live and work among!

To be honest, I'm not surprised that this contest excludes pretty much everyone not living in the US (although I'm a bit surprised about the Florida and New York thing). It should also be noted that the Bazaar isn't mentioned on the European ME or DA:O websites.



Still, whoever conceived it should have noticed that people from beyond EA's known world frequent the forums here and that it might not be such a good idea to make promises to all, only to give many the finger for legal reasons...

@Dockerr...well considering even if you were given the chance to participate the whole thing boils down to a fairly lousy marketing promotion...tell you what just to join with the citizens of the world I will boycott this crappy...uh I mean wonderful marketing promotion.



Not really, I'm just not going to do it because it's just another stupid marketing promotion to try to get information out of their customer base so that they can use the info for all those great things that marketers do...like study demographics and send junk mail.

This is probably to stoopidist countdown ever. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU BIOWARE! You might as well have raped our kids while your at it. I am boycotting this lame ass contest and i am from the states. EPIC "FAIL" Community event. You had us wait around for 6 days before you told us about some gay ass contest that only 400 people can win, and then to make it available only in the states? another big WTF. you guys are ****ing based out of canada for crying out loud..

They are still trying to find the end of the post so they can reply to as many people as possible at once, or they are too busy locking all the other threads to post in this one.

I stand with those who object not so much to the small % of the community is eligible, but that it was billed as AN EPIC COMMUNITY EVENT that is so not epic or for the whole community.

I have 4200 aprox and live in a state that can participate, but I have better things to do than spend 2 weeks parked at my computer on the off chance of winning an auction for one of the mere handful of the 'prizes' that are of any interest  to me.

I imagine they'll tweet a question, and you will RT a response (using the correct hash tag) and they will DM you a code for tokens (since your twitter ID isn't tied to your Social ID) - or something like that.
