1.) I do live in the United States
However, I would like to point out to you a 'slight' problem.

An epic is traditionally a genre of poetry, known as epic poetry. However in modern terms, epic is often extended to other art forms, such as novels, theater and film, where the story is centered on heroic characters, and the action takes place on a grand scale, just as in epic poetry. Epics in this sense are majestic depictions that capture impressive struggles, such as stories of war, adventures, and other efforts of great scope and size over long periods of time.

Working from this ME 'may' be Epic but your auction (limited to a small geographical area and lasting 2 weeks) falls short of 'Epic'

I'd suggest making a group only for us Europeans... you know, a place where we can all talk about how misareble we are and listen to Beethoven, then cry a little more. The Europeans Wardens, like Mages - good enough were they must be squeezed for money, and pariah in every other respect.

And the thing is, I couldn't care less for this ridiculous bazzar even if I lived in the US, but this elitism drives me mad. Utterly mad.

Why not to let people exchange their tokens for Bioware Points? That could solve that "USA only" problem.

The timer should have read "Epic American community event" so the rest of the World wouldn't bother looking at it, this wouldn't have crashed the servers, and at least I wouldn't have wasted my time anticipating something good

Honestly, customs aside (and remember, you can post anything up to the value of about £34 or $50 as a 'gift' without incurring fees, which I 'm sure free stuff falls into), is it really so hard to make stuff available elsewhere? It's already a pain in the ass that if I want to buy anything from the store, I have to jump through more hoops than a USA buyer. Now I know we non USAers are used to being excluded by entertainment corporations, but when you have such a massive community following worldwide, this is kind of a cheat.

Ah well. Maybe I can collect tokens, and set up some form of mailing account to myself from some random USA town.... or something.

Edit: I would give my shin for a Garrus litho!

I just love the way it opened up with

only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia

Only to crush people's hopes from Florida and New York with:

with the exception of residents of Florida and New York.

Still, I do not mind about this since I am from UK and frankly, I got better things to do than to collect tokens.

I was really digging this bazaar thing, until after hoarding 2530 tokens I noticed US only.

Pretty disappointed, but.. Well I had fun for the past 20 minutes.

I'm begining to get used to this! First off because I play Dragon Age on the PS3 & I can't even register Awakening because they decided it would be download only! Now, I can't enter this epic community event because I live in the UK!!! As a few others have said, the only thing EPIC about this is EPIC FAIL!

I wish I could say that I wouldn't purchase anymore Bioware products in response to this, but I can't honestly do so. Nevertheless I am highly dissapointed...what a scam.

Well, this is disappointing. I wait several days only for BioWare to tell me that I am ineligible for this “Epic BioWare Community Event” because I live in the UK. I have no desire to participate in a Twitter contest, but I’m irritated that I don’t even have the option.

Yeah, the problem I have isn't that it's a US only thing, that's cool, I've no problem with that, what bothers me and I think everyone else is that the whole world got this countdown to an epic community event and in the end all but 48 states of America got shafted.

I'm from Florida, so I don't get to participate and I made a twitter account to no avail!

That said, y'all mothers need to take things down a few million notches. CALM DOWN, so Bioware can't afford to bring tens of thousands of dollars worth of free stuff to the entire world, get the hell over it.

How about getting this off my frontpage if I'm not "eligible" anyways?
