Yeah. Thats me as well. Got up at Quarter past two this morning to see what was going to happen.
First thing I saw was server overload. Fail.
Then compeition / Auction . Semi-Win.
Then saw eligible for US only. Fail.

This is beyond EPIC FAIL by about a million miles. I mean what the hell was bioware thinking?



I was stoked about the countdown. Really, really stoked. i expected some awesome DLC that would make up for the mediocrity that Bioware has been labeling as "DLC" recently. I was bummed when I realized that the countdown would be over right when i had to start work. So I finally get home, and check, to find out that it's some contest? The f**k? I was in such disbelief that I reloaded that page, just to make sure I didn't miss anything. But I didn't miss anything, and all it is is a silly contest I couldn't give less of a damn about. Great.

I've posted several things in this thread voicing my concern. I myself am Canadian and can't participate. I have the sig to show it. I was simply pointing out that yes....there is a vast majority participating.

No, people are upset beause they hyped something that turned out to be mostly nothing - and YES, putting a 5-day countdown timer on every main page on the site was HYPE.  Also, the use of the word EPIC was the height of stupidity.

But I assume, as the rage continues, more and more people will miss that point (like you did), and try to make themselves feel superior by calling everybody "whiners"
