Hmmm...lemme see here...already got some free points...ok, so far so good....

...must make use of Twitter...

No thank you. I pronounce this "lame".

Wow... Twitter? I'll sooner paint myself red, join the local communist party and subsequently euthanize myself out of shame before I use twitter for anything.

Anyway, I'm not sure that Bioware is entirely to blame. If I am not mistaken this "community" belongs under EA so if you want to blame someone EA would be the logical choice. Bioware is a canadian company and the fact that the canadians are not included would support this.

The strangest part is that Bioware are a Canadian studio, and Canada is excluded too.

EA really has you by the balls. I know you're a subsidiary and all, but Jesus Christ almighty.

this is bull**** and racist, no need to have this countdown to an "Epic" *coughcommunitycough* event shown to everyone and get people excited about something only to be ignored.

Is there any way in which they couldn't have seen this reaction coming? Really rather short sighted Bioware.

Well Happy Anniversary BioWare!

Its not the big announcement I had hoped to see but its not that bad for some.

It does suck though that this Bazaar isn’t world wide but looking at the prizes it can be understandable that electronic prizes (PC/X-box) wouldn’t work in other countries with the power sources. Not sure if its different in Canada than US though. To bad you couldn’t have the non electronic prizes available world wide.

I may be American but i am tired of this crap. Does this contest applies to Americans or people that live in America and are Americans?

Um, seriously?

They are talking about your mailing address - not your nationality.

This is lame, not political - let's keep it that way.

There is no problem to have an event included only selecter countries with the prefered laws and postal prizes. The problem is the countdown, the "epic community event", and the so deeply valued community who have access to this now.

So it's not about that I can or even want to participate, but the fact that I'm by definition not a member of the community now.

As I said before in another topic that the mods shut down...

"I can guarantee you that you Canadians/Europeans will indeed get a chance to compete/bid on all of the items up for grabs in the Bioware Bizaar.

Because all that **** is gonna end up on eBay anyway!"

I'm an American, but even if I wasn't, I wouldn't give a damn... This event is totally lame.

Yeah, yeah... "But this means Bioware isn't acknowledging me!!!"

Wow...You must be REALLY hurting for attention if you're upset because Bioware excluded you from a crappy contest.

If it's any consolation, you still have a WAY better healthcare system than us...

Or would you like to trade your nation's heathcare benefits for our stupid contest eligibility?

Of course they would have seen this coming. The community managers will treat this like any other topic that's on these boards, either ignore it completely or just lock threads. Par for the course, really.

As a Canadian is is really frustrating... even if this is all sponsored by EA and american groups... I'm pretty sure Canada and Europe/Australia are a sizeable sum of buyers and community members...

That reminds me of what IW did to PC players with MW2... a big [REDACTED] Jellyfish.

I'm interested in where the majority of Bioware's players are located in the world. I'm having a hard time believing that the US outnumbers all the other continets + Canada...

EA should just sit back and throw money at Bioware... When EA feels the need to dictate what Bioware should or should not do, this is the result.

I am from an eligible area of the United States, and I still feel insulted by this latest installation. This is not worthy of the name Bioware. Your fans hold you to a much higher standard... do not lower that bar.

Not political? So why did bioware shaft their own people aka the canadians?

WTF why is florida excluded. Its the same damn thing with the survey at gamestop. they try to convince people to fill the survey and you don't even have a chance to win cause florida sucks. Wish I could just give my points away.

Sorry Chris but even though I'm from the USA this is nothing but a epic fail in my book. Bioware epic community event for one should include everyone in every country that is part of this community. Also I just see this as a way to get peeps that never Bought any of the listed games that give you big token points to buy and pad the bottom line. If it was something epic for the community it should include the whole community, and if it was to be a token based system, it should be for use on buying some additional content for present games and such. So all your supporters could get something out of it, not just a few that buy every game on this list, and tweet their life away.

Solidarity. Cool, but a dirty word these days. Thanks, darkshadow136. B)
