it's 10 minutes to 5 here in Alberta so i doubt they are going to respond tonite. And apparently thundering after 4-5 day's of retarded March snow.

What I got was a server crash, followed by a contest I couldn't enter. While it may be an event, it only involves one section of the community, and the only thing epic about it has been the backlash.

Needless to say I was disappointed.

However, I would like to thank everybody in this thread. For a change, instead of much arguing with one another, the majority of posts in this thread have been funny, and designed to cheer each other up. Sure, we're all differing amounts of peeved at Bioware, but this thread has also been one of the few times I've experienced a true sense of community and "togetherness" on these forums.

I came here tonight hoping for community fun, and in the end, that's what I got. So thanks to you all.

Let's be honest though, this isn't just the outrage of the countdown.

Bioware is traditionally such an awesome company, but as of late they've been ...

1. Completely screwing up continuity in Awakening
2. Over-delaying DLC after announcing its release date
3. Over-hyping very, very miniscule DLC (Firewalker, I'm looking at you) ...



Let's be honest, this isn't just about the countdown. It's a very big straw, but this is kind of a straw breaking the camel's back here. Bioware is RUNNING OUT OF COMMUNITY POLITICAL CAPITAL TO SPEND.

Come on Guys! Get your act together! We love you but ... seriously guys, seriously.
