First off I just want to say that folks need to realize that due to certain 'lotto' laws or other such regulation, some states/countries/etc are barred from certain competitions/contests. It has nothing to do with the company hosting the contest - usually the legal fees to try and bypass those regulations are much higher than would be worth. It may be on their site but it is sponsored/created by EA and the participating companies are EA - it isn't about hate, its about limitations in the legal system(s) involved.
