You mean the banner in the signature? There's a post with one for almost each country represented here but it might be hard to find atm... too many pages.

Anyway, if you see one that suits you, just right click on it and  View Image ... it will take you to the image actual hosting site URL. Copy that address and add it to your sig. (profile/forum settings on the left menu) with the tags [img[ URL ]/img] but using the right [] combination ... you can verify it by clicking the BBCode and again. If the banner shows in the sig box there, you've done it alright!

I'm disappointed you haven't got to 100 pages in my absence. With only 39 pages, Bioware will assume we're all happy, and not bother pandering to us.

once again it must be explained to people regarding contests that are not open to certain states or countries as to why this is...it is NOT because of Bioware but because of the laws in whatever state or country you live in. Look it up before you whine people.

Please read the previous 39 pages before you condescend.

People are complaining because it was announced as an 'Epic Community Event', and was hyped up for a week (even with a countdown on numerous Bioware websites), only for us to find on the day it comes out that EVERY country in the world is excluded apart from the US (and even then not all of the country.)

This could have been avoided if they let us know this fact before hyping.

It's not like people think BioWare decided to spite certain states or all other countries on a whim. However, if they'd had a backbone they could have done three things to greatly mitigate the kind of reactions they're now getting:

1. Been upfront from the start with the whole countdown and following "epic community event" only being for U.S. Americans. No one else would have needed to bother getting hyped up only to feel let down.

2. Explained the (presumably) underlying legal reasons for this.

3. Apologized.


Though they would probably have gotten flak even for that, it would have been a much, much better and honest way of handling the announcement. And unlike the way they did it, it would have made it seem like they actually care about said community.

I'm sorry, but you are assuming that Americans actually care about people in other countries.
I wouldn't count on it, if I were you.
But i feel your pain.

This just demonstrate that BioWare did a huge mistake in selling out to EA games. It may represent a lot of money, but if they care anything about their community, the taste of it must not be so sweet after all...
