Excuse me but didn't the Canadians get that one event where winners fly to the Bioware studios and get a crapton of cash?
Yahknow the one the U.S. people couldn't enter. =\\\\
If what you say is true -- and I have no reason to doubt your word --, then it was wrong. And, had I seen any post reffering to it, I would have supported you.
That being said, this event was announced as being for the BioWare community."

Problem is, many people, who awaited this event, don't feel good anymore.
That's like the announcement that, with "Awakening", Dragon Age has just gotten better... Though Awakening was not horrible, it was not better than DA:O, and there's just so much false publicity a "community" can take before the trust starts dwindling. And it seems, these days, that they'd say anything to make a buck.
BioWare had a good thing going: great games, great reputation. And I (and allow me to point out here that I have many legal copies of every game ever produced by BioWare in my house) honestly feel sad at seeing that both are beginning to decline.
So it's not about who has what, it's about what the hell is going on at BioWare? Do they have nothing to say about what EA games decides? If that is so, my apologies to those working at BioWare for anything harsh I may have ever written about them -- and if not, then by all that is good and holy, wake up, people!
EDIT: Sorry about double post, my mistake
