I have so many mods installed for BG2. Mostly character mods and romance mods.
The IWD character mod was made by Kulyok, who also did the Xan mod for BG2, and his part in the NPC pack for BG1. It's very very well done.
I had most of the Baldurdash and Gibberling mods. I remember having the Xan mod. Everyone had the romance mods, Multi-romance and the improved Jaheira romance mod. Geez, you got so attached to your NPCs in that series.
Xan is probably still one of my all time favorites.
But I'm so off topic. I'm going to just.. Go now.

The Bazaar page gives a vague list of what you have to do to get Disqualified, so I'm gonna pick one and do it!

Hey, I live in st. louis, MO. so I'm fully eligible to take part in this Bazaar. However, as a show of solidarity to my (now) former community member peeps (lol), I'm going to e-martyr myself. I'm going to enter this contest then get myself disqualified.

It's unfortunate but true. Bioware's reputation seems to be on the line, however, we hear nothing but silence. An apology would go far, but that's not EA's style. Their PR department has a bad reputation, and apparently with just cause.
Don't expect me to wish Bioware a happy birthday. I feel more like grieving for a dear departed.
I fear the worst. I had a bad feeling right from the get-go when it was announced that Bioware would join up with EA. The bad feeling never lessened, on the contrary, it kept rising in leaps and bounds. Poor quality merchandise, customer milking, misleading statements, unclear announcments, no connection to their fanbase - yes, that is the exact behavior that had me stay away from EA labels until DA:O. If anyone other than Bioware had developed DA:O, I still would not own any EA labels.
I decided to trust Bioware when I purchased DA:O, but now I don't trust them anymore. Anything they put out/announce/whatever will be treated with caution, research, and a wait-and-see attitude.
Ah, well. I won't hold my breath for any kind of statement, let alone an apology to the majority of their custormers. Silent is the night.
Pretty much my opinion too , it seems we have a quality decrease since they were bought by EA. to be honest i never liked EA , especially after what they done to such gret IPS like the ultimas, wing commander and so many other, but i have been told they were changing. But thats not the case, the DLC ostragar is a fraud,mass effect 2 a glorified gear of war game with dialogue, awakening while still being ok is far from greatness, i even had problem to install it, i had no text at all, some .ltk file wasnt uncompiled, plus several other bugs in game, oh and the game had no challenge at all.
Now i am not expecting much from the epic community event, but at least an apology from their marketing guy should be a minimum. EA has offices everywhere, they charge games full price in euros, more than usa players, but strangely would have legal problem to organize such an event outside USA ? come on.

Check this out:
So in addition to having to live in the designated 48 states, if you intentionally disconect from the interent or use a cheat in your purchased game, you can be disqualified from this auction? Say What?
- Any entrant may be disqualified immediately from this Competition and, at the discretion of the Sponsor or its designees from further EA Online competitions, for any failure to comply with the EA Online Terms or for any cheating, including:
- using any cheats, hacks or other 3rd party "helper" applications in playing games;
- intentionally disconnecting from the Internet during any game;
- colluding with other players in playing games; or
- taking advantage of known exploits in the game (it is the responsibility of players to understand and avoid all current illegal exploits).
- Abusive or disorderly behavior, including any use of harassing, negative, or profane language online, will not be tolerated and will also constitute grounds for immediate disqualification.
Hell, in the past 24 hours I've done #3, #4 and #6. I'm screwed already. lol

You..., I...., What? I am speechless. Now they are dictating to people how to play a Single Player game, and how to interact with other people? Although, technically I've not violated their sacred term # 3. I never connect to the internet while playing. Simply because how I play is no one's business but mine, and I heartily dislike any snooping going on on my computer.Yrkoon wrote...
