Send an email with your regular email account to the email address in the twitter message. It takes a while to get the tokens credited. If its been more then 24 hours since you sent the email, post in the sticky. You can also keep an eye on Jesse's posts in that sticky to keep track of where they are in terms of sending messages to winners and giving token credits.

Can someone from Bioware tell me if the top 100 tweets to the current challenge are chosen as winners or are they picked at random. I appreciate the clarification.

the winners are checked and reviewed i think for the twitter challenges
ive tried but never won, i guess my ideas just suck...

It says in the Bazaar rules that they look at them and have certain criteria for the winners. To what extent they follow those criteria, I have no idea.
