Is there a way to import the head of the character you created with the in-game character creator into the toolset to tweak instead of needing to start a new morph from scratch? Thanks for the help!

No. There isn't a way to import in-game creator stuff into the toolset.

1. You can transport your character's look into another save in your game.
2. You can make an entirely new face in the toolset and make that go in your save.

3. But you can't take your current ingame character and make him into a .mor file.

..I wish I could..as my best design that I have ever done was done in-game and I can't ever make it a .mor file.

Oh I hope some one figures out how to do it, the save games contain the slider settings right? so the character info is all there. So "in theory" it just needs some clever person to write a bit of software to do the conversion into a .mor? Or am I over simplifying it?
My favorite character was also done with sliders, and I'd love to get her into the toolset just to run a few experiments on her *mwahaha*

What I wouldn't give for a .mor or .mrh file of Mirabelle. :innocent:

Well that answered my question. Humbug. I am having a heck of a time finding the eye color, hairstyle and hair color I want to use. Everything looks so different in the toolset. At the moment, I do the basic face and export as a .mop so I can do the rest in the character generator.

My problem is all the hairs look neon and clipped in the Toolset. So I create bald morphs and then import into the CC to give them hair.

Just found out, though, that the CC can't accomodate certain Toolset settings, and distorts them... Noses in particular.

Hi there.

This is my first post here, and I'm reviving this thread as it deals with the first of many, many questions I'm bound to be asking about the toolset ...

Basically, my question is the same as the OPs. I've downloaded, installed, and used the file in the post above, and I can open the exported .mor in the toolset, but I've no idea how to actually access and view the morph, which I want to use for a cutscene/cinematic I'm planning.

I've only been using the toolset since Sunday, so I'm a virtual noob (I do have a bit of experience with Blender, however), so I may be missing something obvious, or I've misunderstood the instructions, but a quick pointer in the right direction would be appreciated.

You can't view a .mor file as a face in the toolset. The file must be in .mrh format if you want to edit the face unfortunately.

Ok, thanks. I can get a pretty close match in the toolset now, so it isn't make or break.
