I tried to use the charecter creator so i could get the 500 tokens but all i get is a "Failed to detect a supported video card" error, I'm on a laptop with Intel intergrated graphics. Is there a way to get thoes tokens? I shouldn't loose out because my laptop isn't supported.

I also have this problem. I do not know what graphics cards are supported, but I only have onboard graphics at the moment unfortunately.

Is there a support r-mail account for the creator? Where can I get in contact to bioware about the character creator?

I'm fairly certain the minimum requirements are the same as DragonAge. So, if you don't have a video card that meets the requirements, you cannot use the character creator.

I contacted Bioware support, No response. This ticks me off.

I have the same issue.  I logged in with the same account info but still don't see a button on the creator to allow me to upload the character.

No upload option for me either...

I can't log in on the character creator. If I mistype my password I get an error. If I type my password in correctly I briefly see a message saying something along the line of "Connecting to server" but it reverts back to the log in screen without authenticating me.



So basically, I can't log in. Booooooo.

To the OP, can you play DAO with this graphic card? Or do you have the problem of the card no being supported by both the game and the CC?
Check your drivers, this might help.

Specs please. Especially the Graphics Card in question.

& I fully agree that Integrated Graphics Chips are NOT adequate for this game. Playing this game on any Laptop is not recommended.

it's intergrated graphics. I guess that mean i can't get those 500 tokens, that seems kind of biased to console gamers.

I got mine without even trying. I'm on a PC, & made a load of Standalone Character Creator characters shortly after it became available. Spiffed up many of them later as well. I didn't have to work for these Tokens, not that it helped. I only got 2,700 Tokens. I don't stand even the slightest chance.

I had no trouble creating a character but the Login button is grey. Even after typing in a user name and password it won't let me click it. I can't even click the create account button. This tool is such a POS.
