I wanted to download the DLCs, but what must I see? It doesnt list ME2 on "My Games"
But when I go to Register, it say it is registered.
Additionaly all my DLCs are gone from my DLC page and it asks me to buy Cerberus Network.
What the hell did get ****ed up here?

Ok I checked everything.

Simply, my DLC access dissapearead, as well as some parts of the usuall access you have with registered ME2 (I still can access avatars, have the badge and the option to remove it, but it isnt on "My Games")

Ok, after contacting the support, I know more.

My account still does have the flag for Cerberus Network, what allows me to access it with the direct link, same for the game.
But for some reason, it dissapeared from the menus, and I get forwarded to the shop and asked to buy CN if I use the menu entry.

Means I may be glitched and/or something completly broke on my database entry which makes this keep hapening.
So please, forward my case to someone responsible and try to fix this problem with me.

Edit:
Please inform me as soon as you recived this message (and if you arent responsible, forwarded it) so I can know youre progressing.

Edit2:
Heres a picture showing off that ME2 is registered, but doesnt show up in the menu anymore:

There was a problem reported that if you have certain Microsoft enabled functions disabled for gaming, that it would not load the DLC you supposedly have. Not sure on the problem, but just read about it a couple of days ago in PC Gamer magazine. Supposedly the problem is pretty widespread, but easily fixed by enabling a certain Microsoft function. Something needs to be running in the background constantly for the DLC to show up and be recognized. I'll try to find the article for you. Let you know in a bit if I find it.

Its a serverside webpage error, I can play the DLCs without any problems.

Edit:
Since I dont think that they gonna do anything about it, I just fixed it myself clientside.
