Is there really any chance that Relic could beat Bioware? No disrespect to Relic, but I don't think they're going to be the ones to take BW down.

Bioware should win this whole thing hands down, but assuming Bioware makes it to round 6, they'll face off against Valve, who has way too many fanboys. And how in the world has Zynga made it to the 4th round? I'll have lost all faith in escapist if Zynga actually wins. Oh well, guess all I can do is vote. And I do actually like Relic (DoW: Dark Crusade was awesome, so was DoW2) but Bioware is many times better

That's when it will actually make sense to have this thread, when they're facing Valve, because there is a good chance that they can lose against them. Against Relic it won't be happening.

Well, least we can do is get BioWare that far right? They're already in the Top 8, and there's not all that many people voting in the Valve face-offs.

Im voting for blizzard because I know D3 will be awesome and im mad at Bioware right now and I was mad at them when I had to pay an extra 30$ for cerberus netword.

True, I'm still wrapping my head around not being able to do Sigrun's personal quest because of that Law and Order bug, and had to replay everything after the Silverite bug...but I'm confident they'll release a patch for those. Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 aren't out yet so I can't really decide on them. I'll probably stick with the BioWare vote this year. Let me do Sigrun's quest BioWare! I'm not sure if this is real, but on post #365 in the face-off page someone claiming to be a Relic dev said they seriously considered voting for BioWare for Baldur's Gate 2!

Can you believe they beat out Infinity Ward and Rockstar North and are currently beating Square Enix?  They are really riding their GDC momentum.  I think you should lose faith in the gaming community rather than The Escapist if it would bother you so much.

The Warhammer 40K games are excellent, in some ways better than Starcraft.



The Dawn of War 2 series is very interesting in what Relic is doing with the RTS genre.



Still, Dawn of War might beat a few Bioware games for me, but not all of them. Bioware should win this hands down.
