The rules state it can take up to eight hours for final decisions to be made and for people to be notified.

I used to character creator and completed a full class, but how exactly do I upload? I signed in and that worked fine, but everytime I click on the dragonage content it says that I have uploaded nothing. Is there a specific area that I need to go to?
