...like giving an incentive to purchase your games, seeking early publicity from people worldwide by using a countdown, and hiding the fact that it's only available to people in 48 states among some big walls of text, ultimately leaving a handful of people with a game they wouldn't have bought otherwise feeling a bit scammed.
