But my first point is vastly more important than my second.

Also, I support peace in this case, as I do in most things...call me a pansy if you will, I prefer to get things done with the least amount of casualties for both sides possible.
Edit: Also yes, my views my indeed be colored by my romance with Tali... >_>

I support peace. But if war does break out, I would side with the Geth. The Quarians are basically going biological warfare to commit genocide on a race. Not cool at all.

Which is why it's probably best to say "Don't do it, guys" after exonerating Tali and playing Peacemaker during the Tali/Legion loyalty crisis. 100 creds say those two events are savegame flags for ME3.

I support peace, I need all my forces at their best to fight the reapers. Plus it would be awesome to walk on the surface of Rannoch with Tali, my LI, and eventually bring her people there too.
But my first point is vastly more important than my second.
The Quarian and Geth fleets coming together would be a potent force indeed

So, seems like the easiest solution and the best one.

Can I cash those in at the local Wells Fargo (an american bank)? If not then it is a stupid bet. But i do agree that they are probably save game flags.MadCat221 wrote...

And I wouldn't side with anyone should war break out. If the quarians want to get themselves killed then so be it. But I would try to do a show of force, ie Alliance, council, what have you, just in a ditch effort to disuade the quarians before fighting gets intense. If that doesn't work then I guess I'll have to do without my favorite race. Not to mention my evacuation fleet.

Well, I told them to seek peace instead of fighting in a war. Hopefully nothing will happen.
I'm thinking that the Paragon option will result in peace. A lot of legion's on-ship dialog is pertaining to the Geth's search for understanding of organics. There's enough of a movement amongst the Quarians towards reconciliation that one of the Admirals advocates it, and the Paragon resolution to the Tali/Legion loyalty crisis looks like the darling prodigy of the Quarian race is warming up to them.

Personally I find it hard to believe that the quarians could win a war with the geth, but I also doubt they would consider going to war if they didn't think they stood a solid chance of winning. I think a war would be inefficient though. Ultimately I support Admiral Xen's plan to re-program the geth. If I had to choose between war or peace though I'd go for peace. A war will only leave both sides crippled, no matter who wins.
I plan on killing Xen if she gets in the way. I only choose to rewrite the geth because it is the paragon action, and that typically means that it will have the most beneficial outcome. But on everything other than my cannon shep (which I've redone several times) I blow the geth up. I'm not a reaper, I don't indoctrinate. There is also a non-zero probability of error, thus making the full destruction of heretic station the better option.
I agree that war is the least wanted option as it leaves both forces (if there is anything left of the quarians) weak should the reapers show up.

Well tali is exempt from the Racist group because she gives legion non-classified data as a peace offering. Every other quarian is indeed racist though.Gavinthelocust wrote...
The Geth want peace and love while the Quarians are like those white people who think the black people are planning to kill them all. So Tali can be now considered more racist than Ashley, flame away.

Whats to stop a civil war from breaking out among the Quarians? Pro vs anti war. I know they are very close, but obviously there is disagreement on the matter and people dont wana die for someone else's war.
I was under the impression from side dialog after talis trial that you had affected the fleet's opinion on the matter. I know that one person doesn't constitute 17 million, but I thought it was bioware's way of telgraphing the repurcussions of your actions to you.
If you don't know what I am talking about there was a quarian woman sitting on a bench in the court room by Han'Gerrel that says something to the effect of: "All this talk of war gives me chills. I hope it's just Rhetoric."

Did you hear that disappointed groan she made when convinced not to shoot Legion? She did it because of Shepard's apparent mind controll voice and her respect for him, otherwise she would have killed Legion and started a war. The Qwib-Qwib guy is the least racist Quarian because he actually wants peace while Tali is hateful of the Geth for seizing the homeworld in a revolt.GuardianAngel470 wrote...

I didn't tell her to offer legion non-classified data, she did that on her own. That means she isn't racist.
