I heard the next toolset update is suppose to be only for members of the community.....not sure if it is true though.

BioWare really should have made it clear well in advance that for a variety of reasons that this event was only going to be available to certain areas of that there is no doubt but people have to get over it, these forums are resembling a bunch of 8 year olds at Christmas time.

I am really amazed how did they managed to do things this way. No one at EA and Bioware saw this? I think all this could have still been fixed if they gave some free signed games and digital EA games to all the others from EA store. Not that I care personally, just found this totally unprofessional and against common sense.

It is inevitable that the general discussion boards would be seething with misdirected anger but I would hate the toolset discussion boards to be dragged down to that level too. If people feel compelled to snipe then I would prefer they did it in the appropriate threads where it is less likely to distract modders from creating cool mods and modules for the (whole) DA community to play with.
