I tried importing one of my Shepards from Mass Effect 1, but Mass Effect 2 won't recognize it as valid. It's displayed on the import screen, but in yellow and unselectable. I went back to Mass Effect 1 and I could make a New Game+. I was able to import my other Shepard earlier, so I don't know what the problem is.

Nevermind found the answer. Ha, I feel like a ****** now.
