So, the armor that I received from the First changes when I change who wears it.  If I equip my elf, it changes to a midnight black, and I look like a skinny black widow that can barely stay upright.  However, if I equip it on an npc such as Justice or Oghren, the texture changes more to match the plate armor acquired in Warden's Keep, yet the helm remains the same.  Did someone put acid in my wheaties, or is this a known problem?

Also, my shields keep flippin' right-side-out, but that's just another basket of snarling kittens for another day!

Someone please te\\ll me I'm not losing my mind!

this is a known bug it happens if you have wardens keep downloaded, any human character that wears it will make it look like warden commander armor, the only way to fix it is to uninstall or disable wardens keep
