Is there any model browser or any other way to see the models in the editor?
Its a pain to have to click and place every single thing just to see what it is.

Or if anyone could tell me where i can find the models that is used in Ostgar.

In the right corner there is a preview button. This will bring up a little preview window for your models in the level editor.

You can also see a fair number of model screenshots in the toolset wiki.
