I was depressed when they excluded 98% of the world in this thing, I was more depressed when I found out how so many people are raping the URL system, but this, this just crushes me, here I thought I was atleast getting fair chance to enter a tweet and be judged with everyone else, may the best one win. And now I find out not a single one of my tweets may have ever even been judged.
It's gonna take me a while to calm down over this, I've really lost all respect for Bioware over this. How they treat their fans and how it seems that somebody off the street that never even heard of Bioware is just as important if not more so to them than a dedicated 15 year fan.

Unfortunately, Even if I win 50% from here on out, I will still be miles behind those with the very high click totals.

If you aren't winning tweet competitions or getting massive amounts of referral clicks, then you really have no chance in the auction. Some are able to pull off 1k clicks per day, while people like me are barely able to get 500 points per day from clicks. Tweet competitions are the only means for those us that aren't referral link crazy to have a chance to accumulate enough points to win auctions.thewrm wrote...
Is there a number lower then 0? Oh yeah! -1, but it's all good the way I see it most of the point's will probably come from referals anyway.

Could you post some of your tweets?Crixt wrote...
Of the 6 I've attempted, I've won 2. It seems fairly legit, just stick with it. Try to be creative.

#3: @biofeed #BioWareBazaar Can't help but love Anders and Sir Pounce-a-Lot, #DragonAge Origins: Awakening's loving tribue to Minsc and Boo!
#5: @biofeed #BioWareBazaar My reasoning was "Why play a mage and be an outcast or play an elf and be an outcast when I can do both!" #Dragonage
It could have been different, as you're allowed as many attempts as you want, and I usually send a few tweets per contest, but this is my best guess as to what won it for me.

Well good for you, but how the hell does it seem fairly legit?
Take a teacher, in a classroom with 21 kids. She tells them I'm giving you all an assignment, and I'm going to grade you all on how much effort you put into it and how creative your are with your thoughts, and your writing skills. And the 5 of you that do the best, you get a special reward.
So the kids all go to their desks, spend the next hour working away and trying their hardest. The timer is up, and the teacher says pencils down. Everybody turns in their work, and waits for the results.
But just as the teacher goes to her desk, she tells the kids to split into 3 groups of 7 and go to corners of the room. She walks to the other corner, spins around and points and one group at random. Then she grabs all the papers that the other two groups worked so hard on, and says "**** you all, you get Fs". Then goes and grades the remaining kids papers and gives them their rewards, even if they were the dumbest kids in the class and just wrote thier name on the paper.
Now you tell me, does that seem fair or legit to you? Because it's exactly what Bioware is doing with the contest.

500 tokens is the max anyone can get from the clicking and linking.

Well I have to admit you have a point there, but just in the past few hours I've closed a small window between what I last saw was the highest amount of tokens it was at like 7k and some change not sure what it is now but I really don't feel right spamming any message board I hate when it happens here so I don't want to do it to anyone else as a matter of fact this is the only message board I've put the referal link up on.

If that's what you think, then you need to learn what your up against. There is no cap, it's 10 tokens per unique click per day, up to 500 tokens. After that, it's a single point per click, but no limit. There are people that have posted screencaps of their token total pages, that have over 20,000 tokens already, just from URL hits. So that basically makes all other points scoring methods completely meaningless, including these challenges.
I am happy to see in the last few posts some members winning challenges, makes me feel some hope that atleast some of the regulars might get something.

There is a link to the biofeed on your "mytokens" page called @biofeed.
Click on it and you will be on the Bioware twitter account, there will be an option to "follow" them on that page.
When a contest happens that account will post a message (it will also be under your "mytokens" page) and you are supposed to reply to the question they ask and include @biofeed #BioWareBazarr and ethier #MassEffect or #DragonAge depending on what the question asks.

http://twitter.com/crazymorbidity all she does is add XD at the end of her tweets.
My link token link because I gave you evidence: social.bioware.com/brc/59739
Also thanks for the link about how they decide. I guess I'll just 'spam' tweets throughout the contest period. Lame. I was hoping for some creativity love.
