Really, they should have brought Vidinos back from Pinnacle Station, and had you play through a bunch of repetitive, annoying holodeck missions before you got to pick one uber-weapon to bring along. THAT would have been a much better choice!

I can understand that he may only be able to carry one weapon, but it doesn't justify why he picks up the worst ones. I was pretty much yelling at my vanguard "WHY ARE YOU PICKING UP THE AVENGER? WE HAVE LIKE A 100 OF THOSE BACK ON THE NORMANDY! GRAB THE REVENANT YOU ******!"
