Just to clear up any confusion. We are direct messaging people on Twitter if they have won. This message was to say the tokens for yesterday had been given out and to remind people who had been messaged to contact us as there are a few that haven't.

Make sure you are following @biofeed on Twitter otherwise we can't direct message you.



For how we find the winners, we take a random sampling and then judge from those. I think on average we are getting about 2000 submissions per challenge.



We are sending out the messages to the winners from today now. Hoping Twitter doesn't block us for spamming.

Yes all of Chris' challenges will be on Twitter. Right now we are doing questions every 2 hours but that might change.

Have to take a break on sending out the direct messages as we hit our limit on Twitter. The rest should go out later tonight.

The turnaround is a little higher then we would like right now because we are hitting Twitter's restrictions on how many messages we can send. We are looking into it and hope to have a solution soon.



We've just finished sending out the Twitter messages for challenge #8. Tokens for the winners of challenges #5-6 have been granted as well as some for challenge #7. Remember you have to be following @biofeed in order for us to be able to send you a message.



If you've just recently sent us an email with your Social account information we'll get you your tokens later this afternoon. Thanks for your patience.

The Social page is the "official" page and it has the counter on when the challenge submission period ends. The Twitter feed is updated as soon as we can.

Ok, we've sent out messages for Challenge #11 and will award tokens for it tomorrow when we are back in the office. There are a few emails in our inbox but most people have been given their tokens if they've responded back to us for the previous challenges.



We've also got our twitter messaging process improved so it is much less work for us to contact you and get your tokens awarded.

Not sure on the exact number as it varies per challenge but we don't just pick people at random and choose them all to be winners.

We take the last entry as the one to be judged. So if you spelled something wrong or came up with something better we are assuming you did that with your last message and are using that one for judging. That is the part about editing your entry in the rules which is a little confusing since its Twitter and you don't actually edit your entry but create a new one. We know what is your last entry because Twitter's API timestamps everything.

Before we do any judging of entries we make a list that contains the last tweet of everyone who entered during the time period of that challenge. In that list there is no duplication of users and everyone has one entry.

You can win multiple challenges, just not the same one.



Challenge #12 and #13 winners should be messaged now.

Messages should now have gone out to all the winners for today's challenges. Tokens should be credited to everyone over the weekend. If you don't have them by Monday let us know.
