I was charged for the Alternate Appearance dlc through Cerberus network by mistake. I only download such content if it is free. I would NEVER purchase digital costumes for in-game characters. There is a bug on the ME2 disc or Cerberus side that caused me to get charged for this content. The content was listed as FREE on my Xbox 360 screen. If I downloaded it thinking it is free, I should not be charged 160 points for it. I only want it if it is free, which is what it said on my screen. BTW: I do have a photograph as proof that it says FREE on my screen.
Cerberus, please credit my account the 160 ms points that were deducted, AND please fix the bug.
Thanks

If this happened within the past 2 days, the issue is not with Bioware, but with Xbox Live market place. they have been having issues, people being charged twice for DLC, not being able to redeem points cards. and the like.

I have the picture as proof that the item said it was FREE on my screen. Is it possible to post the picture in this thread?

why would you take a picture of your screen?

It shows that there is a bug. On my screen it clearly shows that the Alternate Appearance Pack 1 is Free. Yet I was charged 160 points for it.

So you took a picture before downloading it because it said ' free ' even though you knew it cost?
If you had already downloaded/paid for the appearance pack before you took that picture then the option would have been ' download again' NOT 'confirm download'
Methinks you be scamming

No, I went back to it after I learned that they charged me for it, and confirmed that it said free. The picture demonstrates that there is a bug. This is the same screen I saw when I downloaded it the first time. You are right, it should say 'download again', but there is a bug with the Alternate Appearance Pack 1 download process. I never saw that there was a charge for this item, and this page didn't alert me that there was a cost. I think Bioware owes me the 160 points that were deducted.

Does anyone know how to cut through the noise and actually get the attention of someone from BioWare so that I can get my 160 points back? What BioWare has done here is not right. I deserve to be refunded since I was charged without consent.

I'd say bioware has nothing to do with that, it's more like a Microsoft problem
