Messed up account - Reedem codes on wrong account

Somehow I have two accounts here on the same email adress and my redeem codes and game code are on the different account then the default DAO one.

When i'm ate this page and enter my email and password it opens a different account then when i do the same when i di it ingame, so when i tought i was inserting all of this to my game it all went to the wrong account.

I cant even understand how i can have two accounts on the same emailImage IPB


I really could usesome help here, i dont want to waste money and buy the game agian to enter the codes to the other account


When i go to the official DAO site to the help section and try to log in it can find any of my accounts Image IPB
I can only log in here and i'm starting to think i'm going nuts with all this confusionImage IPB

Hey tesla, you aren't the only with this problem. It's a syncing problem with the EA database. Read up on this thread

I have spent the last day trying to figure out a solution for this and this appears to be the only solution. Give EA tech support a call and have them merge your two accounts. I will be doing that myself like RSX Titan says in his post towards the bottom of the page.

I have an open ticket and i'll mention that to them, calling them from europe would cost me more than the game lol

I had a similar problem where I didn't realize that creating a BSN would create a new EA account - I came via the Bioware forums account route - so I now have two EA accounts.



I contacted EA support to merge them, but they haven't replied to my ticket in 5 days. I get the feeling they're busy :-/

Tesla, I finally had the time to give the EA tech support a call and they fixed all my problems. My accounts now all sync up and I have all the DLC that I redeemed. Just give them a call with a calm attitude and they will get any account problems fixed.
