 I preordered DA on steam and it gives me 2 registration keys (one standard cd key and one preorder key)  to use besides the DLC ones that I've already used. I've tried both and it says that they are both invalid keys for the game. This obviously makes me unable to use the spoiler forum to get help and is pretty aggravating.

Right click on the steam shortcut, goto launcher, then click configuration. Goto the game tab in there and use that key without dashes to register.

If your game is already installed, you can see the Game CD Key by:

1. go to the folder where the game is installed

2. run DAOriginsConfig.exe

3. In the games section you will see the CD Key

I'm having the same issue with a copy ordered from Amazon. When I attempt to register so that I can download the toolset, it tells me "Code is not valid for game".

I'm kind of annoyed that none of these are working.
