I purchased the Digital Deluxe version of Dragon Age: Origins a week or two back from Steam.
Basically, I got a CD key for some downloadable content (Warden's Keep, Blood Dragon Armour and The Stone Prisoner), and despite downloading and installing them; my game does not recognise having installed them, nor even owning them in the first place.
This is fairly annoying, as I'm sure you understand; is there any help that can be offered on how to fix this?
Thanks for reading.

Could be a bit more specific about your exact symptoms?
Is the content just not show up in the game? Or is it offering it to your for purchase again? Or is it not letting you load saves saying is unauthorized?

Well, it originally said it was downloading and installing the DLC.
Now, it doesn't recognise that the DLC is installed, and that I even own the DLC.
So yeah, I guess it wants me to buy it again. D:

From the Main Menu go to Downloadable Content, the Installed Content tab. The DLC that is installed should be listed there. You should still see everything there.
The issue is likely with Dragon Age Origins Content Update service which the game uses to determine which content you have the rights too. If it isn't running, the game will deauthorize the DLC and make it seem like you don't own it, even if its correctly installed. See Section 5 of the DLC In-Game Errors FAQ for tips on how to make sure your Content Update service is running properly.

Apparently the DAUpdaterSvc is not installed properly.
I've tried using Installutil.exe to re-install it, but alas no luck.
I have tried using the DAzip files to re-install, but everything except for the Blood Dragon Armour is unauthorised, still.
Could you direct me to an exact part of your FAQ that would help me out with this problem in particular, please?

Have you tried running the DA Updater Service Diagnostic Beta?
What error are you getting when you try and start DAUpdaterSvc?

It says it's not properly installed, and that I need to use Installutil.exe and then Net Start it in the Command Prompt.

I'm going to direct you to a different FAQ. In the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ section 3.2.4 there are instructions on how to use installutil.exe to install the service.

I ran the Diagnostic Beta, and it told me that it had been installed correctly.
However, I got an error message along the way, suggesting that my NET Framework wasn't correct. (Mine is more recent than the one suggested)
I've had a look through that, but I'm having a few issues reading it.

Windows could not start the Dragon Age: Origins Content Updater Service on the Local Computer.
Error 2: The system cannot find the specified file.
Trying to install the service using those direction from the DLC troubleshooting FAQ is incredibly frustrating.

Okay, that error you can fix it in the registry. Windows is looking for the service in the wrong location.
To check where Windows is looking for it:
* Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
* Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
* Right click and select Properties
* Check Path to Executable and make sure that it is the correct path for where DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe is in your installation. (Generally located in the bin_ship directory, but a search of your harddrive can find it.)
To fix it in the registry:
* Run Regedit.exe
* Search for all references to DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe
* When you find the ones that are under DAUpdaterSvc, update the ImagePath key to point to the correct location for DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe.

Okay, so what is the ImagePath Key? And how do I alter it?

Wait, I've managed to figure it out.
Thanks a bundle, Kepha.
