So it says there will be up to 100 winners for each challenge, but does that mean the first 100 people that submit their tweet win? Or is there some other judging process?

We select up to 100 entries. As long as you post within the time limits you have a chance to win.

Before taking our sample we remove duplicates. So one, two, five, ten tweets you will still end up with one entry in the challenge.
