Somehow I have two accounts here on the same email adress and my redeem codes and game code are on the different account then the default DAO one.

When i'm ate this page and enter my email and password it opens a different account then when i do the same when i di it ingame, so when i tought i was inserting all of this to my game it all went to the wrong account.

I cant even understand how i can have two accounts on the same email


I really could usesome help here, i dont want to waste money and buy the game agian to enter the codes to the other account


When i go to the official DAO site to the help section and try to log in it can find any of my accounts
I can only log in here and i'm starting to think i'm going nuts with all this confusion

I'm not sure how this could happen either.



I would suggest opening a ticket with customer support, as I do not have access to the tools needed to move/change entitlements on accounts.

I have done so and I'm waiting for answer, guess it'll take at least 24 hours or so for a reply.



I just hope they can merge/move or change it so i finally can play this epic game to the max =D

i got the same problem.



I cannot play one of my characters and some content shows as "unauthorized"



I contacted support though
