Hi, I just read the eligibility portion of the contest rules and I was wondering why it's restricted like this. I know Quebec's contest rules are a pain in the neck to work around but I'm pretty bummed the rest of Canada isn't included. Any reason why? Corporate/Sponsor decision?

Sounds about right. I'm not one for complaining about the little things (as a European I'm pretty much used to getting shafted), but I'm not happy at all. I'm allowed to acrue points, after that I'm allowed to watch other people win the prizes. Sounds like fun? Thought so.

So BioWare, any plans for a European bazaar or something like that? Europe is still one of your largest markets, you know.

Sorry, but if your BMI is under 30, you simply can not participate.

I've helped with contest prizing before (not here- I wish!) and it really is a pain in the ass to sort out multiple territory legalities. I know there's still things BW could have done to include more countries if they delayed but seeing how it's a time based event, and depends on their company anniversary, I think we can cut them some slack. It's not as if we were entitled to this stuff anyway. Hell, it's frustrating for me too especially beeing the RAM and SSD up for auction (I'm a bit of a PC nerd) but try to be understanding.

Official response here by the way: http://social.biowar...3/index/1988326

US only? What in god's name? BioWare is a Canadian company.

...I was really looking forward to dumping all my points into an N7 hoodie because I know I wouldn't be able to get anything else.

Ray Muzyka already said that there would be a competition for all territories excluded in this one.

Is it really that hard to keep up with new news before you make threads complaining about a now moot point?
