It seems that my 2nd character (the Dalish elf rogue) is now stuck in studded leather. I can do pretty much everything including removing ALL clothing, and he still looks the same.

...what is it with this game and dressing up elves? And is there a way to fix this?

In my experience it's pretty common that the armor doesn't show being changed. Saving the game and reloading always fixed it for me.

BlueMew, do you mean in the character portrait or also in-game? My dalish elf character wore his leather armor for a long time on his portrait, while in-game he had been wearing drakeskin armor for weeks. Removing/equipping, then saving (not quicksaving), quitting, and reloading again helped. It still took a few hours until the changes showed on the bioware site, though.

No, I meant in-game. The character shown when you open the inventory screen looks like it should, it's the in-game version that is broken. Reloads / restarts don't do the trick either

OK, that's unusual. Maybe someone on the Windows part of the forums has a solution...
