No I just loaded up my profile and saw that I was following 1 and I had 1 follower.

I might be able to delete the follower, however I am not going to deny that I am a little curious. Probably a spam bot though.

EDIT:  you can block them, I assume it has the same effect as deleting them

EDIT:  Yep, definately a spam bot.  Join this thing for one ****ing day and get a spam bot.  At least Myspace allowed me to take my shoes off at the door.

i joined Twitter just for the contest, but i guess i sort of manually followed web comics, web comic artists, gaming news sites, just by going to their sites and reading their "tweets" directly from the site. So why not just make it a bit easier on myself and follow em all in one spot?

I setup a temporary account just to see if I can't grab some random tokens here or there. I still don't see what the big deal about Twitter is but whatever. Will probably close the account when this is all done.

I started a twitter a year ago to follow BioWare and FourZeroTwo. I started getting random followers and found twitter to be stupid. I stupidly canceled my account.



I did make a new account for the Bazaar though. Sadly, you cannot reactivate an account and you cannot use the username or email address for a deactivated account. So, I had to use an alternate email for the account.



I admit now, that twitter isn't that bad at all. It is a neat way for stuff like contests and quick blurbs. It is stupid though for announcing stuff (that belongs in forums or press releases) like what FourZeroTwo does and for tweeting every little detail about yourself.

I made a twitter account just for BioWare Bazaar, guess how often I will use it after it closes?
