Except they had an amazing drakeskin chest piece that went for 88 sovereign, far better than anything I could find elsewhere in the game, and I want it

I found out that he closes his shop right after you pick up the second drakeskin armor, which really sucks. So only turn in one set of scales if you don't want him to close.



I would also like to know if he eventually re-opens up his shop.

nope after you turn in the second set of drake scales the only thing you can get out of wade is one last set of armor made from the scales of the high dragon.
