We used the word "Epic" before we had proven that it was. Sorry. We also used the Countdown timer to generate interest. In hindsight, this allowed rampant speculation which caused disappointment. Again, sorry. While I won't promise we will never use a timer like it again, I can promise we will make sure that such a timer is worthy of the interest it will attract.

So, for those who are taking part in the BioWare Bazaar, thanks for your interest. We are having a great response and people are having fun with it. And for those who cannot be part of the BioWare Bazaar, my apologies as well. As Ray & Greg indicated, we do have more events coming this year to celebrate our 15th Anniversary, including the one specifically for those who were excluded from the Bazaar.  We do greatly value our Community. All of it, no matter where you are from and we're going to prove it.

So how about it? Group hug?

True.  I cannot discount what you're saying.  It should have occured too BW and EA that there would be issues with multi-national contests.  But now we're speaking in hind-sight of the events.

Truthfully whether BW is sincere or not should not be the focus, imo.  It should be to see if they follow through on their commitment.  Actions speak louder than words, always has and always will.  If they apology and carry through with their promise to make it up to the rest of the community, then kutos to them I say.  If they fail in their promise, though....  Well I say you have every right to be livid at that point.

I say for now let us sit back and see how this unfolds.

Thanks Ray and Greg for the explanation. Even though I live in the united States and in an area that i elligble for the Bazaar I felt bad for those living elsewhere that were ineligible. Hopefully the future events will include all if not most of the community.
