Yes, there's a team devoted to patches, they are working on them. Yes, the webtechs are working on the website. They have a webteam, they are their own group and they take care of these things. Also, I have no idea which skin you are using that the border hurts your eyes, but might I recommend switching to the default "BioWare" skin, as it's just grey?

I'm totally with you on being disgruntled about the state of the last patch and some of the bugs that haven't been adressed yet bother me as well, though I am sure I'm not the only one, I can also see how they would be relegated lower priority as none of the bugs that bother me are gamebusting ones. *shrugs* The website is being created wholly inhouse, they didn't hire GSI/True Action to do this, this isn't a seasoned web development team here. Try to cut them some slack.

I'm glad people are taking Ray & Greg's apology to heart and it was sincere and it is genuine. I know there will always be people out there who say "well I doubt it was last minute complications" (people still doubt the moon landing, the power of bacon as a cure-all, my ability to jump tall buildings in a single bound, etc) but I would suggest that if they weren't last minute complications, do you really think we'd have excluded Canada? Where we are? Really?

Anyways, moving on now. Time for an apology from me as well. The BioWare Bazaar IS a cool event and, if we had been able to get it working as we intended, potentially Epic. Yes, not nearly enough people are able to be part of it (see Ray & Greg's apology), but the event is cool. Where I went wrong is in how we marketed it to you and for that I apologize. We used the word "Epic" before we had proven that it was. Sorry. We also used the Countdown timer to generate interest. In hindsight, this allowed rampant speculation which caused disappointment. Again, sorry. While I won't promise we will never use a timer like it again, I can promise we will make sure that such a timer is worthy of the interest it will attract.

So, for those who are taking part in the BioWare Bazaar, thanks for your interest. We are having a great response and people are having fun with it. And for those who cannot be part of the BioWare Bazaar, my apologies as well. As Ray & Greg indicated, we do have more events coming this year to celebrate our 15th Anniversary, including the one specifically for those who were excluded from the Bazaar.  We do greatly value our Community. All of it, no matter where you are from and we're going to prove it.

So how about it? Group hug?

I'd accept that!    Just keep your hands where I can see them, tho.

I'm just glad that my bazaar competition has been seriously cut by eliminating all them canucks and eurotrashers. If I end up winning that kickass painted comp y'all can be sure I'll be rubbing it in your faces. Next time try to act civilized when an obvious fubar happens at your 'favorite' gaming company. i am glad that they are doing something for the other territories in the world this shows a good company. i love Bioware they stand out from most other developers!

BTW: Bioware mass effect 2 is amazing and so was the first cant w8 for mass effect 3. i just am sad it will end at 3 . plz make another serious plotted in some way like mass effect trilogy!

It was meant to be stupid! C'mon, their attitude is far more important than the words in their post! Everyday we hear excuses that would grant the sack to the one giving it. But they didn't actually have to say anything. There was no boycott treat and even if there were, it wouldn't work. Again, their games are just too good to be ignored. Far better than their events or Legal team.

So let's just buy that and go on for more happy gaming sessions! And group hugs! I love group hugs.

Sorry if I'm coming off as defensive, Mav, my apologies, I don't mean to. I'm just trying to point out facts and I certainly didn't say the website doesn't occasionally have issues and that it doesn't have recurring issues.

I am simply trying to be something of a voice of reason, I keep seeing people post things that sound outlandish to me. Like questioning whether or not people are even working on a patch/the website. That's ridiculous.
