Aside from the endless ranting and rebelling, it was the closest thing to a community I've ever seen on these boards.

Yeah, it died down real quick after that response. Quite amazing how so many people took off the shiny new sigs and swallowed the response without hesitation. Myself, I'm still very skeptical until I actually see some solid proof, but that's from hearing that they will be fixing the bugs for this game for the last six months and seeing nothing. Until I actually have proof I'll chalk this up as damage control, scrambling to buy some time after the whole bazaar thing. I'm still curious as to these "legal issues" that they said were the reason for the bazaar being limited to a small percentage of the community. To me it just doesn't add up, they ship their products world-wide so are no strangers to internation laws, it's a free contest/event, and they have a ton of lawyers working for them, not to mention it must've been planned in advance giving plenty of time for the "legal issues" to be dealt with beforehand.

Yeah, I have said a lot of stuff about this subject a few pages ago and near the beginning of this thread.  It doesn't make sense that there were unforseen problems but at the end of the day.  What can you do?  I will re-evaluate my position as a Bioware supporter if they don't follow through as they say they will and include the rest of the community for the other things they are going to do.....we'll see.

Actually - they shouldn't only include the rest of the world - but exclude the US from some of the promised future events to make it equal. Otherwise the people are still divided into the community and the rest.

and this is what happen when it was first announced. work both ways i guess, quick to anger, to accept an apology. but i don't think they just swallowed the response just like that, most of them like "okay fine, but next time :bandit:"
