all of my achievements are gone. after the last mission of the firewalker. and ive played two times. what can i do?

Same thing happened to me but at least earlier in my play time. Sorry to hear that happened to you! Other than doing things all over again or waiting for BioWare to fix it, I think the only thing you can do is to toggle them on through the in-game console.
