While the game was installing on my computer I went online and made an account and then typed in my codes that came with the game. And I don't think the items are in-game or the armor downloaded unless I got to get the quest for the armor first(Even though it the book it says it just appears in the quest log) and find the items.
I don't know if this is "Technical" or not but here is my question:

When you first load the game, click Downloadable Content and see if it's waiting to be installed or already installed (Installed Content)
