Female aliens don't exist at all. In fact, according to BioWare, the asari aren't female either.

Bingo. The only obvious mammalian-looking species are Elcor and Volus, with Quarian and Asari as possibles. IMO Quarians, Krogans, and Turians all look amphibian or reptilian but that would make Quarian females brestless. We do get a look at one fem Krogan on level-2 of Tachanka - breastless - makes sense. Asari look like a cross between mammal and echinoderm (starfish). And Drell & Salarians definitely lizards.Nostradamoose wrote...

Envoy TO, not envoy FROM. The reason he sounds different is that he's pre-pubescent; if you listen to him talk, he tells you he puts off his Rite in order to convey the wishes of the females.
