I my trying to decide between off hand ammo pack,stabilization, and damping anyone have suggestions?

not ammo, what I would do is either have helmet and stabilization or recon hood and damping.

I think the off-hand ammo pack is still bugged, but I like the damping myself. It never hurts to have a little extra shielding as a vanguard.

my stats with damping are 25% melee, 20% health, and 5%barrier
