Injury kits are busted, HELP!

Each of my party members have cracked skulls, gaping wounds, broken bones and concussions. I go to the usable items log in my inventory and I'm not able to use any items, medkits included! I cannot continue the game with my party in this state. Please help!

Use the radial menu.
Edit: Anticipating the "what's the radial menu" question. Push (or hold, depends on your settings) left trigger. This pauses the game and brings up the radial menu. Select the little potion icon on the left and find your injury kits. Use it from there. All useable items on the consoles usually end up needing to be used from there.
